            Senators Trump and Palumbo moved to amend the bill on page three, section twenty-seven, line twenty-eight, by striking out the word “three” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “four”;

            And,

            On page four, section twenty-seven, after line thirty, by striking out the remainder of the bill.
